    Das Thema ElektroStimulation interessiert mich schon seit Längerem, nun möchte ich es auch ausprobieren. Ich habe bereits ein TENS-Gerät (OMRON E4) für meine Schulter- und Nackenverspannungen - warum sollte ich es nicht auch für EStim verwenden? Der Anschluss ist eine 2,5mm Klinken-Buchse, allerdings haben die meisten Toys einen Bananenstecker. Gibt es hierfür entsprechende Adapter (wenn ja, wo?) oder kann ich auch einen 2mm Bananenstecker verwenden?
