Hallo, hab mir mal nen solchen Ring bestellt. Meine Frage jetzt: ist das tragen von dem schlecht? Sprich klemmts da irgendwas ab oder kann man den solange tragen wie man will?

    Wie in anderen Threads schon zu lesen war ;-) sollte so als Richtwert 30 Minuten sein. Wenn Du die Venen zu lange staust und das Blut nicht mehr gescheit abfließen kann, kann das die Schwellkörper schädigen. Wobei einige Ringe auch zu dolle abdrücken (so wurden die von FF hier schon kritisiert), die tun vorher schon weh.
