Ich benutze schon lang Reizstrom habe gute Erfahrungen.

Nur ich habe es noch nie mit Kontaktgel gemacht.

Kann mir einer erzählen, ob es wirklich mehr bringt wie normales Gleitgel?

Würde mich freuen

Und welches Gleitgel wäre ggf zu empfehlen

    Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich die Frage richtig verstehe. Ohne Gel tut es eigentlich eher weh.

    Man muß nicht unbedingt solches Gel benutzen, das speziell für Elektrostimulation verkauft wird. Es reicht ganz normales Gleitgel auf Wasser-Basis. Ich benutze manchmal "Aquaglide".
