Hallo

Ich überlege schon länger ob ich mir so ein Gerät mal zulegen soll und es einfach mal ausprobieren soll.

Ich hab mich auch schon über die Gesundheitlichen Aspekte belesen (zb nicht in Herz nähe etc)

nur was ich noch nicht weiß, ob man für diese Art von Stimulation Gleitgel oder ähnliches benutzen muss?

 

Reicht es aus wenn ich mir so ein Gerät zulege mit 2 Schlaufen und die um meinen Penis lege? oder muss da Gleit oder Leit? Gel mit drauf?

und wie oft kann man diese Art von Stimulation nutzen? ist es zb mehrmals Täglich Gesundheitsschädlich?
