Also "Anschluss" ist ein lustiges Wort :) Ich würde mal sagen, ja, wenn du dafür ne Lüsterklemme benutzt, ist es bestimmt schmerzhaft :) Aber ganz ehrlich ... Elektrostimulation ist ja sehr fein einstellbar ... das fängt bei einem ganz leichten Kitzeln an. Wenn du z.B. gute Klebe-Elektroden benutzt, oder gut angefeuchtete Schlingen aus leitfähigem Gummi, muss das überhauptnicht schmerzhaft sein, sondern kann sich auch wie ein sanftes streicheln, kitzeln oder pulsieren anfühlen. Du darfst halt nicht bis zum Anschlag aufdrehen :)
